Step 6: What are 'Data Reports'?
Data reports are essential for tracking your engagement effect.
Let's start by explaining the two types of data reports you will receive.
Student Engagement Data Report:
This report is split into two parts. The first report provides evidence of engagement levels. This report will show the number of students involved, the number of schools involved, which are also listed, the total views (views include whole classrooms and individual students), video impressions and school year split.

The second part of this report provides evidence of socioeconomic indicators of the engaging audience.

Opportunities Data Report:
This report evidences the interactions with your opportunity posting; this includes demographic stats (ethnicity, gender, year group and location), impressions, clicks, favourites (these are the students that have saved the opportunity) and applications.

When will you receive your data reports:
This is dependent on your agreement; it can vary from quarterly to once a year. Ask your account manager to find this out or look in your agreement.
How will you receive your data reports:
Your account manager will share your data reports via email and then arrange a follow-up call to discuss any actions as a result of the report.
